Good morning Hurricanes & Happy Monday!

Your volunteer parent committee is working away planning for the 2025 swim season and we cannot wait to get started on the season! However, we need YOUR HELP! We are still looking for volunteers for the following positions:

• Meet Entry/Scorer
• Concession Coordinator
• Meet Manager

We currently have one parent who is responsible for the meet entry & scorer position, but we do need someone else to assist her and learn the responsibility so when she wraps up her time as a parent committee volunteer, we can have someone trained in that role.

For the concession coordinator, you will only be responsible for the two home meets we host and ensuring we have the goodies to sell!

As the meet manager, you are responsible for ensuring we have everything set-up for the two home meets such as ribbons, coordinating with the other team rep, and the official judge.

The great thing about volunteering as a parent committee member is that it fulfills your 3-time volunteer obligation!

We know life is busy but please keep in mind the swim team runs on parent volunteers and cannot be successful without them and the season is only 2 months long!
