Hey everyone! I’m Coach Jenn and I am super excited to be joining the Hunter’s Creek Swim team this year! I have grown up and lived in San Antonio my entire life, and have been involved in swimming since I was 6 years old. I grew up on the Encino Park Swim team, and swam until I was 18 years old. I was a lifeguard and swim coach for Encino for 3 years in college. After I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007, I moved back to San Antonio and Encino Park and began my teaching career at Wood Middle School where I taught 6th and 7th grade for 4 years. I married my husband Bradley in 2010, and we have two sons, Brayden (7) and Cameron (3). We also have 2 labs, Maddie (chocolate) and Murphy (yellow) as well. In 2011, I began my board volunteer tenure for Encino Park for 6 years which is where I got back into my passion for the pool business and lessons. I developed a full summer long program for Encino and that led me into my business which I own now, From Sink2Swim. This is a summer swim lesson company that focuses on helping neighborhoods promote water safety and teaching the love of swimming to residents. We started our program in 2015 and are still going strong, continuing to grow each summer. I have worked with people ranging from babies to adults in their journey of swimming, and I am excited to get back into the coaching aspect for summer league swim team. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help grow and make the Hunter’s Creek swim team the best it can be!
Hey all! I’m Coach Erin. I have just finished my third year at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and I am super excited to be returning to coach the swim team for a fourth year! I am lifeguard and CPR certified, and will be lifeguarding at the pool as well. I have a total of 10 years of competitive swimming experience including six years with Hunters Creek, and four years with Lee high school’s varsity swim team where I was also team captain. Additionally I have been an active volunteer with the Kinetic Kids organization especially in their swim programs. My experience as a swimmer, and as a coach and instructor for individuals of all ages and ability levels has allowed me to become well versed in swimming techniques and training. I have always had a passion for swimming, and thoroughly enjoy seeing and helping other kids develop a love for the sport as well. Throughout the season please do not hesitate to voice any questions or comments- communication is key!
Aside from coaching I will also be available for swim lessons. Feel free to email with any questions you may have.
Hey y’all I’m Coach Britt! I am so excited for the opportunity to be a part of the coaching staff for Hunter’s Creek Swim team this year!!! I am currently a stay-at-home mom, where I am actively involved in my daughter Aiden’s (2008) school, sports and extra-curricular activities. My daughter is currently on the Deerfield Swim team! I have a background in education, with a specialty in Math and Science, grades 4-8th. I like to go shopping, spend time with my family, swim, coach, and referee soccer and basketball games. I am also a youth sports coach at the JCC. I was a swimmer on swim team growing up from the age of 4 through age 15, and I have been working with children teaching them how to swim since 2003. I was a lifeguard for 7 years as well. I am currently one of lead instructors for the From Sink2Swim company where I do a lot of the stroke and technique classes. My swim lessons have consisted of teaching babies to adults where I promoted water safety and stroke. This summer I am really looking forward to helping motivate children to swim at the best of their ability. Coaching is truly my passion and I can’t wait to share my experience with the Hunter’s Creek Swim team! I am really looking forward to an amazing summer with you all!
