Hey everyone! I’m Coach Jenn and I am super excited to be back as the Hunter’s Creek Swim team Head Coach again this summer! I loved getting to know all the swimmers and families last year, and I am excited to continue to see the growth this year within our team and our individual swimmers. I look forward to the smiling faces of all our previous swimmers and hope to bring some new faces as well. I grew up in San Antonio and have been swimming since I was 6 years old. I have 2 little boys, Brayden (8) and Cameron (5 in July) and I am an 8th grade English and Reading teacher at Wood Middle School in NEISD. I used to have a swimming company, From Sink2Swim, which focused on promoting water safety and the love of swimming to neighborhood pools, but when I returned to teaching, I decided to take a little break from this business this summer. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help grow and make the Hunter’s Creek swim team the best it can be! I will be available for stroke and swim clinics, as well as swim lessons to anyone outside of swim team if needed. Let's go Hunter's Creek! See everyone in May!
Hey y’all I’m Coach Britt! I am so excited for the opportunity to be a part of the coaching staff for Hunter’s Creek Swim team this year!!! I am currently a stay-at-home mom, where I am actively involved in my daughter Aiden’s (2008) school, sports and extra-curricular activities. I have a background in education, with a specialty in Math and Science, grades 4-8th. I like to go shopping, spend time with my family, swim, coach, and referee soccer and basketball games. I am also a youth sports coach at the JCC. I was a swimmer on swim team growing up from the age of 4 through age 15, and I have been working with children teaching them how to swim since 2003. I was a lifeguard for 7 years as well. I am currently one of lead instructors for the From Sink2Swim company where I do a lot of the stroke and technique classes. My swim lessons have consisted of teaching babies to adults where I promoted water safety and stroke. This summer I am really looking forward to helping motivate children to swim at the best of their ability. Coaching is truly my passion and I can’t wait to share my experience with the Hunter’s Creek Swim team! I am really looking forward to an amazing summer with you all!
Hey everybody, my name is Coach Jake and I am so excited to have the
opportunity to serve as a coach for the Hunters Creek Swim Team! I am
currently studying Engineering at the Texas A&M University, Go Aggies!
While in high school, I played for the Johnson High School football team
and was a member of multiple student organizations. I have grown up
swimming and for 6 years I swam for the Encino Park summer swim team. For
the past two years I have been a swim instructor for the “From Sink2Swim”
swim lesson company. Over that time, I helped kids of all ages learn and
perfect their swim technique. I am really looking forward to getting to
know everyone and I can’t wait for this season to begin. I will also be
available for swim and stroke techniques, as well as, any swim lessons for
anyone wanting to improve their swimming skills.
