2023 Registration Form

        Welcome to 2023 Hurricanes registration!  Please take a moment before you register to read these updates/important info:

      • We only accept online credit card/debit card payment.  (If you would like to make special arrangements to pay by check, please email HCSRChurricanes@gmail.com )
      • Registration fees have been adjusted to include meet entry fees to the Div/Champs meet at the end of the season (this means you'll make one simple payment which includes all meets and fees)
      • If your swimmer(s) is on a USS club swim team, please make sure the name you enter on the Hurricanes registration matches EXACTLY what is entered on the club team roster.
      • REFUND POLICY
        • withdrawing on or before May 17 - refund of registration fee, volunteer retainer, and non-member fee (if applicable) less a $25 administration fee.
        • withdrawing May 18 - May 23 - refund of registration fee, volunteer retainer, and non-member fee (if applicable) less a $50 administration fee
        • No refunds after May 23, 2022.
        • No refunds for caps, goggles, toggle straps, or team t-shirts

  • At least one parent/guardian registration is required. New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to set up a password.
  • At least one parent/guardian email address must be provided. Check the boxes to indicate which parent/guardians should receive team-wide emails.
  • At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer.
  • Previously registered parents/guardians cannot be edited during registration. Please contact your team's admin to request edits.

Non-Member Fee

Swimmers whose familes are not members of Hunters Creek Swim & Racquet Club (HCSRC) are required to pay a non-member fee of $100.  The HCSRC needs your support - consider foregoing this $100 non-member fee and become a full member instead; you'll get YEAR ROUND access to pool/tennis courts/play ground.  The HCSRC's "Swim At Your Own Risk" policy allows members and their children to use the pool, even when a lifeguard isn't present.  You'll also have access to club benefits like discounted clubhouse rental, tennis lessons and more - full benefits and membership info available here:

Summer League

I understand that my child(ren) cannot be registered for or swim for more than one summer swim league.  This does not include year-round competitive leagues.

Photo Waiver

I give my permission for the Hunters Creek Swim Team to post photos of my child(ren) to the Hunters Creek Hurricanes website, the Hunters Creek Neighborhood website, Hunters Creek Neighborhood Facebook page and HCSRC Facebook page, and Hunters Creek newsletter.

Volunteer Requirement

Each family is required to work three (3) meet shifts during the season. A volunteer retainer fee of $125 will be placed as a hold on your account (but not charged). It will be refunded/released on completion of your volunteer commitment by the end of the season. If your family does not fulfill its volunteer commitment the $125 charge will be processed at the end of the season.
