2021 Registration Form
Welcome to 2021 Hurricanes registration! Please take a moment before you register to read these updates/important info:
- We only accept online credit card/debit card payment. (If you would like to make special arrangements to pay by check, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a mutually agreed upon time to submit your forms while the website is temporarily set up to receive such registrations)
- Registration fees have been adjusted to include meet entry fees to the Div/Champs meet at the end of the season ( this means you'll make one simple payment this season - it will include all meets, fees, volunteer retainer)
- If your swimmer(s) is on a USS club swim team, please make sure the name you enter on the Hurricanes registration matches EXACTLY what is entered on the club team roster.
- REFUND POLICY
- withdrawing on or before May 16 - refund of registration fee, volunteer retainer, and non-member fee (if applicable) fee less a $25 administration fee.
- withdrawing May 17 - May 23 - refund of refund of registration fee, volunteer retainer, and non-member fee (if applicable) less a $50 administration fee
- No refunds after May 23, 2021.
- No refunds for caps, goggles, toggle straps, or team t-shirts
